CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS Karen C. Scott, M.B.A., C.P.A., C.V.A., entered public accounting in 1975 after graduating from Pomona College with a B.A. in government, then from Rutgers Graduate School of Management with an M.B.A.  After working in the private sector as assistant treasurer for the Frank Russell Company, Karen joined PLM in 1988. Karen concentrates primarily on business valuations, consulting, computer technology, and financial statement services. Karen is involved in many community activities, including 7th Street Theater Association. She is a member of the American Institute of C.P.A's and Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Juli C. Kupka, C.P.A. graduated from St. Martin's College in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in accounting. Juli concentrates on auditing and other financial statement services, consulting and internal control review for government entities and non-profit organizations.
